delay depends on the streamer's damp latency setting, your connection and the playback buffer. free channels get low-latency viewing; there is no paid latency tier.
can i rewind or save clips?
not for damp streams in this launch. recording and clips are planned later.
do i need an app?
no. you can watch in your phone or desktop browser.
